dog over here has a similar bath reaction. hates the process, loves to be freshly cleaned and fluffy (as fluffy as a dog whose hair is like needles can get).
one nice thing about california (there’s a lot of nice things let’s be honest, sunglasses face) is that the chihuahua-like hibernation period is pretty brief. it’s more of a slowing than a full hibernation. my little buddy just needs a jacket from time to time because unless it’s past midnight it’s unlikely to drop below like 45. we’re here in late november and it was about 65 degrees for the most part. I wore a hoodie!
