Hope it turns out well, because it looks great in that video and the accompanying recipe article. The video has an extremely odd moment in it however, where she says “…if you are worried about this being vegetarian or vegan you could add chicken stock instead”.
What? People have a concern if a meal doesn’t have a meat product in it?
In my 43 years of not deliberately being vegetarian/etc and just cooking and eating food, I have never worried about “this meal doesn’t have enough meat”. Now that I’m actively trying to avoid it, this seem so odd to me.
