穴 I will second Bury Me, My Love. Strangely I played it at the start of the first lockdown period and it was perhaps a more emotive experience for that reason given that the world was essentially isolating from itself. I did play it on Switch though and I do think that it loses something without real time but it’s a solid experience nonetheless.

On the topic of Funkopops I too have one that was gifted to me, of Borderlands’ Claptrap. Thankfully it’s both half the size of regular Funkopops and isn’t chibified so it actually is looks like the character, and I immediately got rid of the box. My housemate on the other hand has about two dozen of them boxed on display on a bookshelf and they’re frankly the most hideous collection of items that you could choose to put on display, and they take up way more space than anything else that grown people want to display.

I gotta say I extremely relate to Brandon’s sentiment, there is nothing as charming as that specific brand of dog’s confusion and the dumb solutions they come around. Even though it’s indeed not a great time for them!

Regarding funkopops I was just THIS close to buying one earlier this year. The story is that for the longest time I’ve been looking for ANY piece of merchandise available here of Hunter x Hunter, which is my favorite battle manga of all time (which contains a surprisingly low amount of battles for those of you who don’t know).

For the thousand time I asked at my local comic shop and only then I was told there was one funko available of HxH. I preordered it and THEN I didn’t buy it because I decided the joy of owning a HxH figure would be ruined by the circumstance of it being a funkopop. Even if it was one of Hisoka, who is probably my favorite manga character of all time (from my favorite battle manga)!

Jaffe 穴 You know when in a Shonen manga there is this character that is just a natural fighter and understands everything instinctively? Tim’s streamer instincts are just that powerful.

Oh and by the way, yeah, I totally agree on dropping the one day early nonsense. In fact, let’s not have a one day early of podcast and give that extra day to @esper to rest!

Particularly, the farcical book you must finish before getting the final, comprehensive recap written from another character’s first-person perspective.

I think to get a comprehensive answer on this question, we ought to survey the section of listeners that a sudden and protracted dearth in guests coming on to the podcast would effect most–hardcore fans of Sensible World of Soccer,
