my wife got me some random magazines from the videogame history museum, one of which was an egm from just after the announcement that sega was exiting the console market as a first party. it also had a feature naming the best games for all the current consoles. they named nfl2k1 or whatever the best dreamcast game. it feels like such an insult to the memory of my cool uncle dreamcast. they gave a shout out to jet set radio, so that’s something.
