My friends and I met this guy a while back, he calls himself air dolphin. He rolled up to a spot where we were skateboarding and proceeded to make a tik tok video. He had quite a process for making a video with a single rollerblading trick in it! He took a long time deciding whether to go shirtless or wear an unbuttoned shirt with flames on it, rolled around the parking lot lifting free weights, smoked a couple bowls, did some warm up tricks, asked people to move their cars so the spot looked “more 90’s”. Very nice guy but being in his world for like 45 mins was very strange and surreal, must be crazy for him to live it all the time! I think you can see us and my brothers 88 Chevy (passed the 90’s look test) in the background of one of his videos.

I actually do recall him mentioning Jet Grind Radio so this is correct. Surprised you haven’t run into him over on your side of town, I bet you will at some point…
Edit - it occurred to me that he definitely falls under the category of real life NPC. Is there an ic thread for that? In my case I encountered the extended optional cut scene because of how I had lived my life up to that point.
