I am no longer an 8bitdo pro 2 Stan. I realized the reason I love Gamecube and Dreamcast controllers is the offset stick layout, and after recent wrist injuries, I realized for new AAA 3D games, smash bros, or anything with analog control that isn’t a ps1/ps2 game, I prefer it.
So I’m going to get something like the King Kong 2 or 8bitdo Ultimate.
I still like the pro 2, especially for RPGs like Dragon Quest. But I also have the SN30 pro, which I realized I like even more, even though it’s not as customizable. I may even use offset joysticks for Souls games, pretty crazy I know.
I don’t think there’s a perfect one for me, I would try an xbox elite controller if it had gyro, which I believe is the future and I totally don’t wanna do without for aiming.
