like 2 years ago my cousin gave me this shirt, which I think he’s had in his closet forever lol. Likely got it at an old E3, back when we used to sneak in in the early 2000s. Those were the days!

speaking of E3 shirts, I still have two Tomb Raider shirts somewhere that are packaged in vacuum sealed plastic wrap into the shape of an N-Gage.

I actually have quite a bit of gaming shirts haha, but my favorite is this one which cost me close to $100 over 10 years ago.

it’s from EditMode or King of Games… they make Nintendo themed apparel but one time they did some Sega joints and I had to get this one!

I found this shirt in the free pile at work once. pretty sure this is a Halo 4 era inside baseball developer shirt (since the tagline for it was “wake up john” ). ive never worn it

I was at a friend’s house in the early 2000s and somebody was like “huh, so you work in games, do ya? What’s master chief’s real name, then?” and I said “John.” and they were like “john what?” and I said “his full name is Master John Chief”

and it became a little internal joke for a while. anyway looks like this shirt confirms my words as TRUTH

yeah, the back story for halo is his name is john, they stole all these children and replaced them clone babies so the parents wouldn’t know. the replacement clone children died shortly afterwards.
