HMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm this is really throwing me here, and I am wondering if we’re off base with the whole tokimeki thing, though it sure gives me those vibes. I can’t find this character in the tokimemo fan pages or anything, though she’s VERY familiar.
we need @Personasama in here to tell us if it’s some love and berry phone game where they cosplay as tokimemo characters or something.
