i never did play that demo from earlier in the thread so this is the first i’m seeing it, but the world-morphing effect at :50 in this newest clip is SO good. this game looks so, so good, and i’m not just saying that as a parasocial forum-goer thing, but like, it’s really clearly got a whole unifying spark to it under it all that i’m real hyped up for

Belatedly got to play the demo! The game is very stylish; definitely makes you want to explore that world. Based on the demo and various trailers, the soundtrack seems fantastic. The battle system was slightly confusing at first; I almost got a Game Over on the very first tutorial battle!

I am sure this is an old bug that got flagged already but, just in case, I got soft-locked at this spot it the City Square.

◉◉maru that’s fixed - I’ve only heard about this bug but not seen it, surprised you could still encounter it! we’ll see if something wasn’t pushed.

As for your almost-game-over, I suspect it has to do with you knowing how to play other tactics games, and this game looking similar but movement not being similar? I haven’t heard of too many close calls in the first battle, so that’s new! Not sure if the build you have has the actual tutorial on the main menu? We’ve also got more signifiers going on now than we did before…

I’m gonna download that dang demo on Xbox soon!!! Excited to try it out

My developer brain is actually really interested in how the team tackled all the different Xbox skus. Base Xbox One/S, Xbox One X, both Series consoles…kind of a wild amount of different hardware to hit! I have a One X currently and it is a cool 4k last gen console.

sabertoothalex Here’s the answer - make sure it works flawlessly on the Xbox One/S and then it will work everywhere “above” that. We only have an Xbox One devkit.
