Like all NMK shmups I appreciate the aesthetics if not the game. Early Manabu Namiki soundtrack too so points for that

TracyDMcGrath I know, right? Like Thunder Dragon II has amazing ships too but the game is far from my favourite.

Karasu a lot of their games are 7/11s for me. Hacha Mecha, Gunnail, Black Heart. But Thunder Dragon 2 and P 47 Aces I think are actual masterpieces.

TracyDMcGrath Realizing just now that I didn’t know P-47: the Phantom Fighter and P-47 Aces are two separate games? And wow Aces looks pretty good compared to Phantom Fighter, which I’ve never cared for, which is to be expected given it was a 95 release. Pretty hilarious that I’ve always assumed they were two possibly regional names for the same game, haha oops.
