I built a new PC in May coz I wanted to play fighting games in online tournaments during quarantine.
3 months later I’ve yet to play any tournaments lol.
anywayz, the only game I play here and there is BlazBlue, which I only play for the story. Lately however it stopped working well… like I don’t know much about framerates, but the game now performs at 57 or 56 FPS, so basically every second there is like a millisecond drop or lag. You notice it everywhere! Cutscenes, in the menu, even while text is scrolling! But it does ruin gameplay, causing missed inputs, bad combo timing, and overall unplayable game.
I’m not too sad right now coz like I said I’m only playing for the story, but I’m on Continuum Shift now and do want to make it all the way up to Central Fiction where I’ll actually play the game seriously. If this problem persists I’ll be quite upset, so if any computer wizards know how to fix let me know :)
also FYI, I tried my more next-gen games like Xrd, Tekken 7, and SFV, and those all work fine. No lag or stutters, and I can do moves and combos. I don’t know why an older game like BB has a performance problem O_o
