I made it to the Water Temple and about halfway up almost all my gear is broken. Can I just like, buy swords somewhere? I never had this problem in botw, weird that i’m having it now. Maybe because I still only have the base weapon slots. Very discouraging, I finally understand why everyone is so mad about weapon degradation (i appreciated it in botw, because I could always just use bombs or swing around heavy objects quickly enough to smack enemies). I guess I could still use bombs, but I don’t like going into my long list of items and scrolling through each one to find the thing I want to use.
This game has an odd psychological effect on me, I feel like I get really into the game and can just play it for like 4-5 hours at a time, then something like that happens and it just feels like too much work, now i never want to play it again. Happened after the first weekend too. I’m sure if I force myself to play it again in a few days I’ll be back on that high.
The way this game approaches ‘chores’ is like the opposite of animal crossing, I just want to get a lot done at once instead of make incremental progress over multiple days.
the rocky connrrr picture show I think the girl Zonai is supposed to be Rauru’s sister and I can’t remember if her name is even dropped in any of the memories I unlocked (her name is Mineru).
oh, I thought maybe she got turned from an elf into a fur back into an elf, and thats why Link is becoming a fur too. I didn’t even think anyone else was alive at whatever past zelda got linked to until I unlocked a cutscene with Rauru as a god with cloaked guys around them doing some ritual.
