Open to advice on selling entire collections:
Thinking about selling my entire retro game collection, suite of every home console that was relevant in Japan, Japanese version, all fully RGB capable and backup-playing with various devices and mods, yet, all kept completely stock and OEM as possible aesthetically. Along with over 100 imported Japanese games complete in box for various consoles, as well as all portables you could ever want. Also including 3 original game & watch classics and full suite of original 1990’s tamagotchis. Last but not least, my baby, the JVC H-TM1750CG with RGB/YPbPr card (an RGB capable CRT, 17 inches).
Not necessarily shilling it here to make a sale, as I’ll be selling locally in LA most likely. But if anyone here has experience selling their huge, multi-thousand-lot of games, I’m all ears for advice and possible hurdles to avoid. It’s going into investments so I can rise out of abject poverty and buy land.
I’m in the process of itemizing and valuing everything today.
edit: I just totaled it all at about 10,000 US dollars. Sage advice says sell it all separately. I think my CRT will be the first to go.
