One thing I’ve been doing lately is saving my hibiscus flowers after I use them in tea. They go great in sauces, tacos, soups, etc, and if they’ve already been used for tea you kinda get a lot of the sourness out and it becomes really pleasant in all those arenas (a fresher hibiscus taco can be pretty intense). So if you too are drinking hibiscus tea, save the flowers in the fridge and use them in a sauce later!
