Australia vs England this evening, hopefully should be a good match. Strong historical rivalry overall, plus over the last month or so both the women’s and men’s cricket teams for Australia retained The Ashes so there is some extra spice coming in to this match.

a shame Kerr played so little this tournament. England’s had a relatively easy path to the final (as they did at the Euros) but it’s difficult to be too critical since they’ve taken care of business.

it’s him and the national federation itself. Spain won the Cup despite 8 first choice selections refusing to participate in the tournament in protest, and during the tournament basically the entire team did not interact with the head coach. The federation is completely insane, They put out this bizarre statement trying to kevin costner in JFK the situation

the malfeasance (to put it mildly) in women’s soccer is appalling. The US domestic league just published an investigation into this and the report was extremely upsetting
