One: Tim’s old insert credit “who killed videogames (a ghost story)” review about the social games industry is my favorite “review” of all time. It currently unavailable on the site like much of the old content and I hope that’s fixed someday!
Four: The best time to launch a wiki was twenty years ago, the second best time is now. I’m a big fan of the SCP foundation and it’s been interesting seeing how that has developed its own culture.
Five: The answer to me here was obvious. A microphone to enable whistle controls. Some of the most legendary phreakers were rumored to be able to whistle the tones they needed with just their mouths.
Seven: I have TOO MUCH to say about this. I just like when the replay score is achievable.
The Lola bunny question:
Okay so here’s the deal. Lola is furry, but there’s a larger context there. Lola’s first appearance was in Space Jam, she was explicitly designed as a female bugs bunny counterpart for merchandising purposes. She is not “furbait”, a term for when it is felt that a large company is (often poorly) trying to entice the furry community, she was designed for normie appeal. “Furbait” has become more common as furries have become more visible as a demographic.
