Hmm I only see them in antique shops now. But I will say I’ve seen some newer “throwback” phones on aliexpresss and whatnot. They might be terrible but they do look the part.

I’m looking for the name of a free-to-play anime farming sim I played on my Nexus 4 in late 2012, early 2013. Does that ring a bell to anyone? For a while when people mentioned Maple Story I thought they meant this game but they might’ve just had similar titles.
It was 3D, not 2D or a sidescroller. I think it took place on a floating island or some shit.

My first thought is that if it’s not black and yellow you’re probably good, but I dunno. I think there’s some people who might see that logo and still get a bad vibe from it.

I just learned about this being a thing! I knew they had connections to the skinheads in the 60s in London, but then they disappeared for a while, to return in Brit-Pop and being almost part of the uniform of that.

You can check out the old sacramento waterfront for a bit of a wild west experience (they’ve got a train museum too), the crocker art museum has a weird variety of stuff from romantic era oil paintings to experimental modern stuff, if you’re there on the weekend there’s a farmer’s market in mid-town, and a lot of restaurants and bars around there and around the capital. I haven’t spent a ton of time there, but there are worse places to be stranded waiting for a flight!
