Best Tattoos in Videogames

From my understanding, Meryl's tattoo is more visible in her character in Policenauts. Kinda cool that they included, considering it lacks any legibility.

Holy shit, I thought that tribal GBA was a mockup.

Tim Freystedt, European Marketing Manager Game Boy Advance:

“We feel we have created a product in the Tribal Edition that reflects the sentiments of today’s youth – rebellion, attractiveness and spirituality. The new console allows gamers to express these emotions in a fun and interactive way, enabling them to communicate their individuality.”

Whether you are at a skate park with your mates, hanging out at music festivals or just chilling in the park, make sure you take the ultimate style gadget, the Game Boy Advance SP Tribal Edition with you.

Waiting on that "Kill All Normies" edition of the Switch.

I really loved Digital Devil Saga, which was a cool game because their tattoos are a part of the story, how they get branded once they get the ability to become demons.

I actually wanted a tattoo of that water crown symbol on my inner wrist, but timing was bad and I could not get a friend to accompany me during a time when I would have actually done it.

honestly I'd still consider it, just don't have the motivation to get it done, but maybe one day I'll be in the right place and right time :)

This one is pretty unique!

two variations of a theme:

The Devil's Third guy with his Sanskrit tattoos:

The monk from Chulip:

The Jurassic Park: Trespasser tattoo is objectively terrible (and reminds me of the Forsaken boxart, double negative points) but it is interesting in that it functions as a semi-diegetic health status indicator (a concept executed less lasciviously in Dead Space, for example).

I wonder how many other examples there are of video game tattoos with actual gameplay mechanics tied to them.
