Maybe it’s not quite stoner rock, but check out the Daikaiju album Phase 2. Kind of a psychedelic surf rock thing going on, all instrumental.
Other than that my favorite stoner rock stuff is Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats. Also Stonefield, a kick ass all girl metal band and they’re all sisters. I saw them play an opening gig once and it ruled.

@milo Daikaiju owns. I had a surf rock radio show for years through college and a bit after and I got to know the guys. Before the pandemic they were playing around 300 shows a year, all over the country, big and small cities. Last time I saw them was in Seattle. They are STILL setting stuff on fire. (And yes, Phase 2 is pure deliciousness)

Years ago I visited my sister in San Francisco and her and her boyfriend had purchased a weed cookie from a homeless man in Golden Gate Park... we're already off to a great start here.
So we all split up the cookie and want to go get food. I ain't no big city boi, so I learn that big city folks like to walk every where. From my sister's place, I can see a Jack in the Box down the street and that's where I wanted to go, but they were like, no, let's go to Subway! It's not that far, it's only a few blocks!
I dunno what "only a few blocks" was, but as the effects of the cookie set in, it certainly wasn't "not that far". The trek to Subway felt like it was literally taking all night and it felt like we traveled across the whole city. We left her place around maybe 9 PM and I figured it must have been at least 3 AM by the time we got there (it probably wasn't). I was so far gone, I forgot I was hungry and didn't order anything. I forgot what hunger was. I hardly remember my time in the actual Subway, and I think I was mostly catatonic on the way back to her place.
My tolerance has since gone up, but that night was such a strange time and space warp for me that I have yet to experience again.

I had a weed lozenge while watching They Live for the first time and I was like......... WOW this movie is long. It just felt like it went on forever and also I was pretty bored (I should watch it again). Then it turned out it had indeed been a long time and I had to rush to get to a plane and had to take a taxi which I never do, and weed wasn't legal yet so I was all "THEY'RE GOING TO KNOW" when I went through TSA, and in general it was a bad time. But that's the only time dilation I've experienced, and it turns out it wasn't actually time dilation, I was just watching a long movie that I thought I was going to like a lot more than I did.
