The teams in Dolucky Baseball for super famicom are all coca cola products
I'd posted about this elsewhere, but I just found this thread while searching for a "fictional sports" thread

Thank you @Supcat (thread)
I agree that Orlando Alligators would have been way better than Orlando Magic… Also, it’s pretty impressive that these two somehow heavily improve on their real-life models.

These logos were invented for a 1993 game. The Utah Jazz [only switched to a similar (but much less interesting) mountain range pattern](https://1000logos.net/utah-jazz-logo/amp/) for the 1996-97 season. Hmm… !

Mrkearns posted dolucky baseball already which is a favorite of mine. somewhere in my pictures folder I have many of these. But here’s one I know isn’t gonna be posted, while it definitely counts, cause it’s fishing, SEGA Bass Fishing 2
not only are there made up sports brands like these ones
there are many that are named after Sega properties, like this one: (okay, I’m having trouble finding my own screenshots and there are very few online, but the femme character in sega bass 2 / duel wears GOLDEN AXE branded gear. here’s like slight peeks from cover art and the only screenshot I could find. save for booting up my own copy, but my PS2 is in storage right now)
somewhere I have a photo from an NES baseball game of a Daikon team where he is swinging a daikon radish as a bat.
Nice. This counts for sure.
With a license like this one (and a Gatorade sponsor!), you’d think they’d get the real teams.
Comparing the team logos and the team names tells me the graphics team did not communicate directly with the programming team, because some names seem like poor (and very uneducated) guesses or non sequitur.
