In games set in Japan that allow you to enter your name, you never know how it has been localised. Will the characters refer to you by your last name as per Japan, or has it been switched so they refer to you as your first name as we do in the west?

So very occasionally I get conversations like this where I’ve hedged my bets and they always get a chuckle from me.
