I got this mug at my dear friend’s funeral service. When i got home i noticed this crack all around it and tested to see if it would leak (it did) so i never used again.
Is this mendable in any way? i’d like to use it and not just have as a decoration piece.
It’s not so easy until it’s fully broken. You can put an epoxy on it but your mileage may vary as to whether you want to drink out of that. You could also try putting another cup inside it if there’s one that it could act like a sleeve around?
Happy to see this thread alive. Thought I would add my collection of moomin mugs (or in this case mug and travel mug) from which I get all of my daily caffeine

there’s only one coffee mug I ever coveted or treasured, and I had it from 2008-2011. it’s so lost that when I search FLCL The Pillows Coffee mug, its not in any of the results. really hard to find. here it is:
