Yay finally able to access the forums on 5g data. I feel like I’ve checked pretty recently within the past week and it didn’t work, but hopefully the issue is resolved now.
I have been a Patron since some years now but I never got that forum flair. I assumed it was automatic if you had the same email address registered both there and here, so tonight I finally added my “other” email address here as a secondary email and verified it with Discourse. Still no flair, is this not how it works? I just want to be a star-bellied sneech.
I checked your account here on the forum and it’s not registering you as a Patreon member. The primary email address needs to be the same as the Patreon one otherwise it won’t register, which from what you’ve said it’s the secondary email address which is the Patreon one. The secondary email isn’t used for anything outside of a back up verification process for your account.
Can you change your primary email to match your patreon one please? Then if it’s still causing problems and you are flairless, we can look further into it.
Idk if it’s my device or internet connection but I can’t read @Bonsai ‘s post in Music - The Topic! without the page force reloading. I guess that means I can’t read any other post in the thread either. I’ll try again in a few hours but wanted to know if others have the same experience.
