Back in 2021 I recorded this for a friend to convince him to pick up Fireworks Mania on Steam. 6 minutes if you want the Wile E. Coyote experience, or jump to the 5 minute mark to see the desperation in my mouse clicks.

There was a firework themed rhythm game I had a lot of fun with on the early XBLA called Boom Boom Rocket. The techno remixes of classical music and the strange, low poly NYC(?) backgrounds give this one a unique, interesting presentation. A strange fireworks show that drifts through a city where the lights aren’t bright enough to upstage it.
Also, of course, the ending of Paper Mario, which cannot be exited. A rare example of an ending screen that’s also a softlock instead of booting you back to the main menu
