Real answer from me is Southern Ontario, the region of "Eastern Ontario" is quite foreign to me. It's all Southern Ontario to us hicks up here.

It's bewildering to me that these guys aren't from Northern Ontario because they use slang and phrasing that is so intensely NW Ontario to me, but perhaps it's really the separation between Rural and Semi-Urban Ontario and the city centres and the GTA that really causes this Scumbag Ontarian accent, as I have heard it from a variety of non-urban places in both Southern and Northern Ontario.

and recorded the entirety of Ultima and set it to the computer's error sound, and because nobody in the house knew how to change it back to sosumi it remained that piercing blown-out shriek with the long windup for a while before I got sick of it and changed it to some other dumb noise.
