Janet Leigh was a huge star at the time and was prominently on all posters and promotions for the movie, so the audience at the time expected her to basically be the star of the whole film, and when she was killed in the shower scene, it completely unroots the audience because now anything could happen and they couldn't tell what would happen next. It was a twist on formula and expectations that Hitchcock perfected (so, yeah, MGS2)

herc's adventure on the saturn has you escape the underworld when you die. i think you start deeper in each time and if you die too many times its game over, but dont remember the details.
jenna was a delight to have on this episode. i hope somewhere in the 60+ i still have to catch up on, she comes back. the singing was also great. nice to laugh like that on my drive home.
Listened to this ep this morning and it was a great time. Jenna might be my new favorite guest. So mainly using this as a place to vote for more eps with Jenna
