Oh, those thin things. Do they sell mini-CD singles in Japan any more? They were all over the place in 1998/1999, but I have no idea what kind of staying power they had as a medium.
Really liked that digression on this weeks podcast. As someone who sees all music of yesteryear as being MOTHER music. Pretty sure Hip Tanaka directly cited SUN RA as having inspired the Mother 2 sound.

I think I had something else I wanted to remark on in this podcast, but I am frequently somewhat slow to listen and slow to respond to the threads. I, as an imperative, need to remark on @Jaffe immediately jumping into the āho ho, play me gameā David Cage voice from the question dozens of episodes ago about video game self inserts. That is a sound that takes up a lot of brain space for me, and itās nice to know that someone else thinks about it

I also remember being the normal version but looked for it and coudnāt find it. Only as a deluxe for 2.
Also donāt remember where that game came from. We had only 2 or 3 legal original games in psx.
