I need to get into one of these Strive nights one day, especially if they are at a GMT-friendly time. I haven't played for about a year but I was having such a kick with Potemkin that I switched to using him as a main instead of I-No (and also from the lack of Jam) as I had in previous games.

I found myself playing best as Ken, but had a lot of fun with bolth Juri and Chun Li.
The drive system is really interesting. Definitely stoked to try more characters!

Breakers Collection was released today on Steam, and maybe other platforms, has anyone had much experience with either of the games featured?
From the launch trailer it looks pretty slick with some nice bonus materials, and I'm interested in it, if only if I were to just goof around with it locally with a buddy.

Much like Rumblefish, only ever emulated it for a little bit, bit never got really into them. I'm a lot more into fighting games now than I was then, and excited to pick these up on a sale.

I have KOF XIII and I want to play it real bad. However the version I own (the Steam version) always black screens me right before the battles start. It's weird. The game starts up fine, I can access all the menus and the character select screen, but right before the real game begins, it stops on me.
I've tried messing with a few things to fix it but to no avail yet. I know it's a long shot, but if any of you have run into this problem before, I'd be so grateful for the help. I've been loving this series over the past year or so and XIII looks like a particularly great entry.
Also: I really don't get why this game is not available on modern consoles.

I'm running the game on Windows 10 via Bootcamp on my MacBook (I suspect this might be the problem somehow. Based on what I've read about the problem, the game doesn't "like" launching off of a drive that's not the main hard drive). I tried running the game in compatibility mode with Windows 7 and Windows 8, but neither worked. I also tried changing it to -v because some people have said there's a video codec problem, but that didn't help either.
As far as the black screen, it doesn't crash and there is no sound. It will just sit there indefinitely until I close it.
