karaoke - you read the lyrics on a video display. it is a game by virtue of having fun with friends.
photography - you can use a camera with a digital viewfinder. its a game with extrinsic rewards / challenges and intrinsic.
fishing - circumstantial but ice fishing can use camera and video displays to look under the ice. video game.
archaeology - using a sonar or x ray device to analyze physical objects? video game.
surveying - can require compass and gps device with map. could be digital tools. video game. also its a 3d platformer.

Follow-up question:

What would such a prize even mean or be for? Most games aren’t the work of sole individuals in the way that a book is, for example. Sure, we’ve got a handful of people we style as “auteurs,” but even they aren’t doing even half of the heavy lifting in your typical big release. Can there even be a Nobel Prize for Video Games?

Does it have to be for a full game? Maybe John Carmack came up with a new piece of code that rules, or a 3D modeler got 2B’s butt just right.

QWOP and Getting Over it with Bennet Foddy. A game that goes viral, that everyone wants to try and prove they can do it, but is basically impossible.
