the word “peak” and its internet usage makes me unreasonably annoyed. while I’m sure there are many bad people who use it I think its sudden universal use online is the thing that does it more for me. every shitty thing that comes out is peak. I’m grumpy.
I hate this so much, and the word “cinema” is just as ruined for me. “This game is cinema.” No, it’s not actually. Cinema is actually something completely different.

I’m disappointed to learn “degenerate” has a lot of baggage. It’s definitely one of my favorite words cause it’s something my mamaw would say of anyone deeply straying from the path of God, so using it offhandedly has always been funny to me.
It’s seemingly always been around but “aged like milk” is everywhere and needs to go away. Now everything has to age like milk or wine regardless if there’s been much time to assess it.
