This is outside the constraints of the thread, but if we‘re talking just a whole back piece based on a video game I think I’d get a super colourful Fantasy Zone design (sadly most sprites for Fantasy Zone are either big bosses assembled from parts that don't look great in a sheet, or somewhat bland and brief animations, otherwise my answer for a sheet would have been Opa Opa).
