you’re losing the argument so frantically you’re posting across multiple threads now?
Is it because of the metaverse?
Want to be on the record saying I disapprove of this Mr Mafuchi who spends the whole video doing a condescending voice, saying “back in my day we had four buttons now you have SIXTEEN???”, and making fun of children for no reason other than being born later. Incredibly, the comments are more thoughtful than the video. My joke response was more thoughtful than the video
Sometimes when people use the word ‘based’ it seems like it just means ‘good’ but some other times it seems like it means ‘good because it’s racist’
lil b erasure

‘Based’ and ‘simp’ are two of the worst words out right now
This was a perfect Insert Credit morning for me. Not because I was able to catch up on any reading, though. It’s my first day off in a minute and I’ve been working doubles doing manual labor. So no, just being nice to myself, sipping coffee comfortably, smoked the tiniest little hit of Kind, and read/wrote some replies :j
but I have been blasting the Castlevania: Bloodlines OST everywhere I go on my bicycle lately, especially great since I’ve been getting off work at 11 every day this week.
Hades (and Hades II) have real theater kid energy.
omg i was just talking to my friend about hades last night and was struggling to find the right way to describe them. absolutely.
holy shit
Microsoft is ending support for Paint 3D and I might be the only person who has noticed or cares. It was handy! A little more useful than regular Paint but not as complicated as something like Photoshop.
I really like https://www.getpaint.net. It’s got layers which I use all the time and a ton of more advanced features that I barely ever use for my primary use case of making silly forum avatars. Give it a try.
had to go to New York for work and rented a car while I was there. It was nice seeing the fall leaves. The one good thing about New York traffic is it gave me more time to listen to WBAI. Has anyone heard of this station? In the span of a few days I heard them give detailed reporting on the genocide in Gaza, talk about black solidarity day, and I listened to an interview with an author who wrote a book about how the seas used to be. Did you know there were once so many whales that people used to complain about how bad their breath stank? Or that in Newfoundland there were so many fish it could be hard to row a boat sometimes? Or that the fish we farm on land need to eat wild caught fish, so they actually only make the problem worse? Interesting times we live in, made even more interesting by WBAI.
I’ve used Paint.NET for years, and it’s an incredibly powerful tool…provided you have the billions of plugins needed to do anything with it. Without them, all you have is a serviceable image editing program if you ever need to quickly make a meme or color correct something.
Exactly! Works for me / Meets my needs / Won’t Fix.
(I’ve never installed a plugin.)
