if I may interject - pops are blocs of different social/economic/cultural classes that are an attempt to model how these blocs behave (rural agrarian blocs move to the city and become proletarian pops, educated pops seek professional jobs and join attendant political formations, etc). I think a lot of paradox players old enough to remember when they were introduced way back in Victoria 2 how complicated/cool this dynamic was even in that more modest setting, so seeing it applied to a Europa Universalis scale which is much more massive in scope (14th century late medieval world to the Industrial Revolution) is wild to think about. So more complexity it would seem.

Without a Dawn looks good. Comes out May 19.
The Siege and the Sandfox looks good. Comes out May 20.
Gunmetal Gothic looks good. Comes out May 21 in Early Access some time in 2026 but there should be a demo dropping out this summer.
