My tip for 2024 – consider getting a box of assorted indian sweets if there’s a local place near you. Get a grab bag with stuff like Barfi, Laddu, Chikki, and whatever else looks good. It’s always a hit at a party or get together… and if someone has never had it before it’s a good way to bond with them over a new experience.
My coworker got several of us Glitterati, which I didn’t know was a thing. Very tasty, small Italian candies. Very nice; at worst, I can have them in my office for visitors.
My partner recently asked for my hat size so I imagine her gift to me is going to be some kind of hat. (I got her some Naruto themed Christmas tree ornaments.)
