Fields of Mistria is the Harvest Moon I’ve been wanting since I ran out of things to do in Stardew, but it’s early access and will only get better the longer you wait.

Exactly… I feel like I tasted it and know it’s going to be delicious, but I’m saving it for a rainy day.

Thanks for the votes, looks like FFXVI wins. I guess I’ll remind myself of what’s going on with the Active Time Lore system (ATL system) and post if I find any other Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat parallels.
