For me a significant portion of the plot had to take place during Christmas but it doesn’t have to be about Christmas.

I found this list Master List of Christmas Anime Episodes helpful in scrounging together a slate of programing for this year’s Xmas day as I have pretty much tapped out all the cheesy Western animated specials.
If there is anything ANYTHING post the mid 90’s on the Western Animated Christmas special front that isn’t just absolutely safe drivel or low budget earnest religious fare, please let me know.
