Super Robot Taisen OG Saga Endless Frontier. It’s my favorite because I remember having to say the entire name to the GS guy back when I wanted to preorder it. He replied with “huh?” and made me say it again.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st feels like someone with a really long name had a baby, who then themselves had a baby, and now they want to be exceptionally clear we know they are the first. So they do their best, never having seen a roman numeral used to denote that.
Fighting game titles that are just strings of words that make no sense together are some of my favorites.
Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R comes to mind
It’s not actually that long, but I’d like to nominate Marc Ecko’s “Getting Up”: Contents Under Pressure for not only being fairly long but also completely inscrutable.

“plus R” is probably one of the funniest additives to any re-release/upgrade to a fighting game.
On the subject of fighting games, I’m a fan of Super Street Fighter II X For Matching Service
dragon quest has some nice one in japanese i’ve just been learning, like ドラゴンクエストVIII 空と海と大地と呪われし姫君 or, Dragon Quest VIII: The Sky and the Sea and the Earth and the Cursed Princess. we get one of everything in that game!
This is cheating a bit because I’m stringing together a couple official titles but theoretically you could have this:

Interesting that the English localization went for “Cursed King” rather than “Cursed Princess.” If they were going to keep one item from the list, why not just keep it princess?

I always like that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater: 1+2 sounds like a THPS game that teaches math. It’s also long.
