@Jaffe It was late and I was tired but apparently in exactly the right frame of mind, because you sure did get me right at the end with “sneezed” and I had a good laugh.

Jeff Gerstmann is still a threat, and now, a podcast guest!

Browsing the Giant Bomb wiki is how I got the idea that became Star Turns.

cool ep, thx. i think a lot of the filthy casual outrage was a reaction to the wii not attempting to match the horse power of the 360. the fear that nintendo was abandoning “real” gamers for moms and dads and cuz you couldnt play rayman raving rabbids in 1080p.

@bigjimbag No horsepower? This title begs to differ

the horse power of the ps1 tho . . .

the most perplexed guest reaction to “one day early” yet lol

a 6$ patreon tier with the episode unlocking 1 hour early. just an idea

@yeso

Ten minutes early?!?!?!

the true highest reward tier is occupied by me alone, who gets to listen to the show four days early. i pay $150,000 a month for the privilege

I am seriously considering a “highest tier” reward which is you can listen to the show live in the discord. You might wind up hearing stuff that doesn‘t make it into the show (and we might also have to mute for certain conversations about SECRETS but we’d work it out). It's a thought!!

uh oh. not sure if I want to click on that!!

pretty excited about Super Sushi Pinball.

question from an earlier episode that frank may finally be able to clear up: does ed semrad still call games carts?

@esper Wow. I’m sure not gonna watch this. Here’s the archived official website:
National Lampoon Networks | Gamers

the IMDb entry is missing a ton of episodes…i feel like i should fill in the blanks…

Unbelievably, I have a reputable source of takes on lola bunny specific discourse.

The same enigma is, why is Sonic furry and not Bubsy, or Crash Bandicoot? Why did Starfox get picked up by furries and not Croc, despite both coming from Argonaut Studios? Why does Cyberconnect 2 still make games in their shared universe despite maybe a dozen people knowing about it? Why are the best games with talking animals made by people who aren't actually furries?? All these questions and more answered on the hypothetical furry episode of Insert Credit.
