Pony Island strangely showing up on everyone’s iPhone would be a complete mindfuck. As funny as that is to me I think that might give someone out there’s grandma a heart attack, so I’ll just say Tetris. No one’s died to Tetris, right?

Action is a game genre and a movie genre. Not much similarity but more in spirit with the question than saying The Green Knight is a soulslike.

The job system in the Yakuza 7 has the “real jobs” system Ash wants. I don’t think there was a Chef, but there was Homeless Guy and Barmaid.

I would put Sex with Hitler on all the iPhones to get Apple canceled.

There was a Chef option in Like a Dragon! Zhao can get it instantly, and Nanba went Chef for much of my playthrough.

The only thing I’ve found enjoyable about the Sonic movie franchise is Wiz Khalifa’s “Speed Me Up” that played over the first movie’s credits. It still gets thrown into the on-the-way-to-school mix in the morning!

The song has the energy of something that was created purely through the excitement and hype of Sonic fans being asked to make a song for a hypothetical Sonic movie.

No comparable bangers have been attached to the later films. The later musicians involved must have seen the movies and adjusted their expectations.

Sonic 3 review I care about: my kid. This may be the first film I take him to see in the theater, which, well, I hope it goes well.

Class: each time you read a book in the world (like bookshelves), you get either a summon based on a character in the book or another power. There are also good buffs/debuffs based on book recommendations. It’s The Librarian.

iPhone: Dragon Quest IX, so I could play a lot of Dragon Quest IX again. Or maybe Dragon Quest X, so we’d finally have it.

I was mistaken! It’s been a few years.

Did not expect to hear Michael Vick praise on this podcast, of all places. :grimacing:

Mr. Bones coming up right at the beginning was such a “this is why I love this show” moment.

Is that on mobile? That’s my choice if so!

I’ve listened to a lot of the Insert Credit show on my Xbox using the Xbox Accessories to assign Open Spotify and Play/Pause buttons so I can more fully integrate my favorite combination of activities. So, maybe my Xbox is an Insert Credit
