Good raps

some more game references in songs I’ve heard lately… the hits just dont stop lol

Remy Banks - the phantom of paradise.
“Queens get the money mang, that’s the mantra
Grew up with n***as who turned villain, and ended up touching more triggers than Contra”

Jamo Gang - Runyon Canyon
Ras Kass: “Red Dead Redemption 2, get hog tied
Put targets on your face like the Saw guy”

Brockhampton - Chain On
JPEGMAFIA: “Street Fighter like Birdie, keep a stick like Rolento
Did you win if your purpose is just perfect potential”

actually, JPEGMAFIA has an album where one of the tracks has Neogaf in the title lol

@p3ters#27871 best peggy game reference has to be the last line of baby I’m bleeding

to contribute, here is the best new rap i heard this week

Kind of really into Morray

His cadence is always the same,

But it works,

He put the 4g’s on the jeep

And now she’s a track star

been loving this Injury Reserve album lately

some good stuff coming out today, like new Wiki.

got a Bandcamp email from Donwill (Tanya Morgan) that he released some new stuff.

also, new Noveliss (from Clear Soul Forces) and Mega Ran

I really wanna go to that arcade haha, it’s in Phoenix.

but! most importantly! the new Czarface & MF DOOM album suddenly came out, and it has this crazy song in it

can’t believe they got Inspectah Deck, Esoteric, MF DOOM, and Del all on a track together… insane!

This album came out recently and I have been enjoying. Toronto based Rapper named Cadence Weapon.

I JUST changed my icon to this album’s cover art, and I never shut up about this album online, so here it is. More of an analog synth album honestly

Also just to throw out Kayakata, really cool Georgian (the country) group that I was informed of by my coworker at a steakhouse I worked at

Spydor‘s new / From the Masters of the U / There’s assembly to do / You need batteries too

scandalous to say round these parts perhaps but I’ve really been enjoying the UK scene lately

@goonbag#32365 scandalous? no way! this is awesome!

@treefroggy#32406 scandalous only in the sense that british stuff gets dunked on in the podcast regularly

Aesop Rock put out a new album, so that’s a whole bunch of new good raps right there, but this track in particular struck me as an incredible short horror story in its own right. Those lyrics!

Milo / Rap Ferreira / Ruby Yacht is great.

Sorry if this has been posted already, I haven’t gotten a chance to get caught up yet!!

I think this technically counts
