Hate the hair but yeah the black colorway got the base insect catching outfit is fetch as hell
great article @adashtra and you’re so right that red vest is so butt ugly and it keeps getting put into my styling challenges auto recommended outfits and i always laugh at it looking so ridiculous
i’m so glad that the gacha stuff is all basically optional clothing stuff but… yknow, the game is a clothing game so lol
i somehow manage to do enough questing and treasure chest finding and pear-pal Courses, daily wishes, etc that i get a small but steady stream of the small pink gems to turn into the big pink roulette diamonds but i still do drop a buck here and there. if there was any actual real gameplay consequence to the gacha stuff i’d probably drop the game kinda soon (like how i got overwhelmed and then fed up w genshin impact) and i really hope they don’t introduce new stuff to make it more pay-to-win.
i hear housing is gonna be a thing in a near-future update and i am verrrrrry curious about how that goes
The hair looks strange without a hair clip I can’t lie. But I like the color :p
If there’s player housing coming i have to seriously consider dropping the game. I’m a ffxiv vet who never won the housing roulette and i know if IN gave it to me i would NOT SURVIVE.
@onnuhhhh thank you! I didn’t expect to see my stuff here
I’m a LITTLE interested in whatever home decor they will offer but I really am just foaming at the mouth for more maps. Fireworks Isle is cute and I like its ability outfit even if they made her STEAMPUNK but I want to see some of the other nations they tease after completing the wishful aurosa outfit A SCI FI STATION ON A SPACE WHALE???
marvelous article @adashtra. and while for some this is the central reason mainstream players hate gacha games, for me it’s part of the strategy of conquering a gacha game.
i don’t spend too much money on them, but to me, they are giant resource management games, and for that they’re an interesting piece of gaming. to win, despite the muck you have to wade though.
that’s how the one i’m still playing has roped me in for 11 years.
That red vest was one of the only options I had right at the very start as a brand new player.
It’s not that bad. Granted, I’ve never been blessed with a strong sartorial direction.
