Nintendo recently announced a official Mario Kart 8 Deluxe tournament in my city.
4 players locally, a single cup per 4 player setup.
prize: a mug and a gift card.
meanwhile my smash org:
12 player local, 6 nintendo switches wired lan, 2 players per setup, 12 random tracks + 12 chosen tracks.
Prize: cash and eternal glory.
They don’t even try, dude.

I hope they have more vibrant color options for the joycons. The contrast between the black of the screen and the big splash of color from the joycons oddly became one of my favorite features of the Switch
The little circle of color for this introduction just isn’t doing it for me

The tiny flashes of colour are right up my alley but the way it all schlorped and glorped out of the joycons like Inkling discharge made me feel uncomfortable.

That sure is a modern hardware reveal trailer. Would have personally liked a bigger shake up for joycons but I guess they’ll always remain “mostly good enough in a pinch”.

Looks like it to me! I’ll wait for them to formally feature it as maybe they have big ideas for how buttons, lifting, rumble, or tilting can work with it. Might be cool for Minecraft and like Mario Party games. Otherwise, why can’t I just use a more comfortable Bluetooth mouse or something.
