@“pasquinelli”#p42406 I'm biased because I would give him the keys to every city including Glasgow and thus Yoker
@“穴”#p42262 check out Tokelau

@“hellomrkearns”#p42409 that place reminds me of Tuvalu which is not that far away from Tokelau and it's an actual country that looks like a capibara with a small head and a mountain on their back or maybe a seal? [upl-image-preview url=//i.imgur.com/UGjQRfH.jpeg]
@“rejj”#p41737 hmmm…my recipe right now is about 1/2 C chicken broth, then add soy sauce till it tastes good, then about 1 Tbsp honey. Then corn starch mixed in with hot water, then a splash of rice vinegar. Going to try this one in the video though because I'm bored with mine
@“tapevulture”#p42425 Another thing to try if you don‘t mind things a touch spicy is a korean inspired sauce. I’ve been watching a lot of Aaron & Claire on youtube and a fairly common base for a sauce they use involves
Not all of them are always used, and the ratios between the ingredients change based on the recipe and exactly which flavour profile is desired. I've made a few sauces from those base ingredients and have been quite happy with the results.

I named my dog after [Maangchi](https://www.youtube.com/user/Maangchi)
@“Gaagaagiins”#p42463 Maangchi is excellent! I've been meaning to make her kimchi for a long time and have not gotten around to it yet
@“rejj”#p42455 by coincidence I made a variation of that sauce today for some kkanpong tofu and it rules! (I make it without the oyster and fish sauce (i wonder if adding a tiny bit of konbu dashi would give it a similar seafood flavor)

@“Gaagaagiins”#p42463 I named my dog after Maangchi
Speaking about dogs and maangchi just today I was hanging out with some friends and we were watching maangchi's video on how to make mochi while eating mochi and talking about [Los Mochis](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Los_Mochis?wprov=sfla1), my friend's dog called mocha, and an ex teacher of ours that had a dog nicknamed mochi.
@"rejj"#p42466 you should, it's excellent! I made some like 2 months ago and the flavor just keeps getting better.
I wasn't able to get my hands on nappa cabbage so I used white cabbage, the white cabbage looks kind of gross after fermenting but it tastes great still

@“captain”#p42638 truly horrifying
Not sure where the best place to put this is on the forum. Maybe it has been posted before? Anyway, the first transition is extremely good https://youtu.be/mLq_P0K4jvA
