I was in the hospital in kindergarten for an appendicectomy and the bully who bit me in pre-k’s mom made him visit me in the hospital and they gave me this and I choked on it so bad the hospital stuck a big tube in my throat to get it out. I felt like a piece of meat they just did whatever they wanted to me there

Here is my new pet lizard. It is a brown anole, Anolis sagrei. My partner works at a garden center and sent me an innocuous photo of it, not knowing it was far from The Caribbean. It more than likely came from Southern Florida in a tropical plant shipment, as they are an invasive species.
Tangentially, we in America have a native species of anole. The green anole, Anolis carolinensus.
All of this may be common information for some of us in the U.S., but I am accounting for those of you who live outside of the American South East who may find this interesting!

Here is the big one I remember personally but there’s a ton more of these
there is an Unofficial Homestuck Collection that has all the animations (and interactables?) that I have been recommended and been meaning to play but I experienced the original on my chromebook in school like the tumblrina I am!
