i’m trying to think of a game with cool fireworks, a 2d platformer i think, where the smoke drifts nicely away… can’t think of it though, but here’s this:

Hmmm, they drift away in chrono trigger I think, but that sure is not a platformer.
i may have any detail wring, but i’m not thinking of chrono trigger.
it’s a subtle detail about how the puff of smoke moves… impossible to look for.

The “tiny Noctis” bit is from the Platinum demo, which was a console-only pre-release demo that got delisted a long time ago.

Final Fantasy XV had some weird timed exclusive content! The Platinum Demo with lil’ Noct released in 2014 and confused everyone and wasn’t super well received so they delisted it, and then the moogle chocobo festival in altissia was only available for less than a month in Jan-Feb 2017, then they brought it back between August-September 2017.
And of course, the scene with Aaron Paul and Lena Heady is from the FFXV Kingsglaive film, which, along with the manga, books, and beat-em-up pre-order incentive, are the best way to get the game’s backstory.
