Itās snowing now and Iām heading home at lunch. What should I pick up for dinner at the bad grocery store? I donāt wanna go out for dinner later because Iāll be looking at the power left on my snowblower batteries.

Everywhere I looked I saw large piles of debt on the shelves so I only bought bread which is priced by the bakery not the store and a 3 dollar bag of chips that donāt look great. If Iām gonna pay a ton I might as well order out later

hunting for critters in the fresh snow
Started my morning by driving through a whiteout blizzard, which was not ideal, but I found the edge of the storm after about an hour and a half and was able to make it home without flying off the road.
What a day!
Winter last night was like ājk jk hahaā dropped ten degrees or so and dumped 10cm of snow on us.
Throwback Thursday to last week: I was on one of my favourite nature trails, and just one of my favourite places to be on Earth, where the trail had been groomed so flat and the snow was so powdery and fine that with a running start I could slide on it for a few metres at a stretch.

I have unknowingly divulged to a stranger from a foreign land that there are just wild creatures that could be a dog, running free, waiting for someone to tame them.
Last night on the rink I taught myself how to T-stop on both sides, so now I don't have to look like a dumbass rollerblader dragging my inside edge to stop.
This big ol blizzard smothering Minnesota came hours after we hopped on a plane to go to Tennessee where it's 70 degrees.

Iām out on the eastern plains of CO this week and we got part of that nasty cold weather front too.
It snowed a bit, maybe 2inches, with pretty consistent wind alllll day. It was pretty miserable. Wind chill temps were down to -25 to -30F.

last time it was this cold a month ago I was more severely depressed and caught a fever while playing Stranger of Paradise
now today I feel absolutely nothing :)
