When I saw this thread my mind immediately jumped to WarioWare because cāmon! Thereās just no way WarioWare hasn't had at least several toilet themed microgames. To my surprise, the WarioWare toilet microgame is a touch more elusive than I had expectedā¦
The earliest example of a toilet adjacent microgame is found in WarioWare Touched, titled "Clog it".

The objective of this microgame is to unroll the toilet paper as quickly as possible. While it's cool that WarioWare includes TP representation (something Final Fantasy 7 Remake famously omitted), there's a very obvious problem here... We don't see the toilet! It's implied that the TP is entering a toilet that is just off camera based on the title "Clog it", but an implied toilet is not enough to satisfy the people of insert credit! So I dug deeper....
The return of the toilet themed microgame came with WarioWare: Smooth Moves, this one being titled "Toilet Training"

The objective of this microgame is to assume the gender of a stranger and then direct them toward one of two bathrooms that correlates to the gender you assumed that stranger to belong to.
This microgame SUCKS.
Not only does it force the player to take on the role of what I can only assume is a twisted Floridian variant of a bathroom attendant, this sadistic microgame dares drag us even further from the toilet than Clog it did. Now we aren't even in the room with the toilet, we're condemned to the grass in front of the room that houses it. Pathetic.
This leads us to the newest entry in the franchise, 2021's WarioWare: Get it Together. Now, this is our last chance here. If this game doesn't have a toilet prominently featured in a microgame, then we're truly out of luck. Well...

And your eyes aren't deceiving you, that's not one toilet.. That's two! I still haven't played WarioWare: Get it Together so I can't give an opinion on this one, but at the very least I'm glad they course corrected from Smooth Moves on the toilet thing. I will say though, putting two toilets? It kinda feels like they're just overcompensating at this point...

Circling back to my original post though, I have an... unfortunate update on the pressing matter of WarioWare toilets.
After typing up my post, I eyed the submit button for what felt like ages with this feeling of uncertainty that hit me in my gut. Sure, I had cross referenced my encyclopedic knowledge of WarioWare toilets with the WarioWare wiki to be sure I was spreading no false truths, but there was still a nagging feeling that something was off. By submitting what I was passing off as a definitive examination of toilets in the WarioWare franchise, I was leveraging all the respect I'd gained from the 2 and a half hours I'd spent on the insert credit forums on the assertion that WarioWare: Get it Together featured the first appearance of a toilet in entire franchise. I took a sip of tea and glanced down at the quirky mug that housed the warm beverage.

Suddenly I was snapped back to reality. Convinced I had done my due diligence and was just "overthinking about it", I pressed the submit button.
5 minutes later I suddenly remembered. There was one WarioWare game I had completely forgotten when organizing my post, a WarioWare game that everyone had forgotten: WarioWare DIY Showcase for the Wii. DIY Showcase was meant as a companion to the DS title: WarioWare DIY (a game where you made your own microgames). DIY showcase let you play the microgames you created on the DS game on your TV via the Nintendo Wii. It wasn't really meant to be a game, to be honest, and as a result it barely had any single player content, though it did have one little story you could play through, with cutscenes and all.
With a sense of dread enveloping my soul, I did a google search for WarioWare DIY Showcase.
