In my humble perspective, a lot of the FF forest themes are under-played. We only get the main themes and importantest plot moments covered, because they‘re more memorable to most people, but the archetypal environments are my favorite parts of each game usually. I love a good forest, a good mountain, etc, and it takes skill to execute it properly. I’m mainly thinking of this forest theme and the equally creepy and serene mystery of the FFVII forest theme.
