Completely forgot I started this year playing FFXIV. Enjoyed it, but I have too many games to be paying a subscription to play a game.

Ever since I started doing these rewinds, the highest total hours I ever had was in 2022 when I played FFXIV all year. It was probably also the fewest total games I’ve played on any of these.
I finally canceled it when Tears of the Kingdom came out because there were just too many games coming out last year and I just haven’t gone back yet. Some day.

Kind of making me want to learn what snow runner is
the Switch is in, and here are the games I played that were good or funny to mention
turns out, I play a whole lot of video games. here’s the Switch top three – ironically, I ended up finishing Unicorn Overlord out of spite & sunk time. it’s an incredibly finely made game, but there is just entirely too much of it, & I couldn’t be bothered with the overabundance of triscuit-dry characters. More like Unicorn Overload

oi, it’s both. I feel bad ragging on it, because it really is exquisitely made, but I was skipping character dialogue by the end, & don’t think I’ve ever done that in my life. and you’d better love that very well made battle system, because there are 21.6 million battles to do

Switch is so dead, man. What’s funny is I spent 30+ hours in that online playtest in October alone but I guess they’re not allowed to tell me that. Wonder why not?
