Hello!

My buddy recommended the podcast to me in October of last year and I’ve been working my way through it in its entirety ever since. It’s been maybe 15 years since I’ve interacted with a forum of any kind but after getting so much from the podcast I thought I should finally take part. (as much as I can).

My name is Sean and I’m from Ireland. I run an indie 2D animation studio called Studio Meala.

In terms of stuff video game related, in recent years we did the Rocket Knight collection intro and the Ninja 5-0 Limited Run trailer. The former I directed.

A couple of people on here might know me from The Infinite Review where I sometimes serve as Owen’s sidekick. Especially in the annual E3 videos. We are very strong and brave and we keep E3 alive.

Looking forward to hanging out .

Hey Party People,

I’ve been following the show for a while and need any excuse I can get to spend less time on the time sucking hellscape called Reddit.

I’m an artist. Mostly I do character illustration, but I write and draw comics, too. This year I got back into game dev so I’ve been studying C# in Visual Studio, and now Unity. My avatar is a crop of an older drawing, cause I kinda liked how that design worked out. I play a lot of dnd so it was a request I worked on from r/CharacterDrawing.

Looking forward to spending more time in a friendlier internet space!

Enjoy the D&D! If you’re DMing, then don’t forget that everyone is there for a good time, and it’s alright to make mistakes!

I ran a Halloween oneshot on Saturday and it was a total blast. I was quite rusty and a bit nervous, so I always tell myself to just chill and have fun with it.

Thanks for pointing me that direction! Shared a piece over there. Hopefully people like the kind of stuff I enjoy drawing.
